Our main aim is to support your business in the Top line and Bottom line |
|
|
The top line revenue is driven by the virtual operator’s sales and marketing skills; segmenting and the right value proposition.
The operator’s brand image is closely linked to its positioning in the market; its brand may stand for, among other things, quality, coolness, price fighting, versatility, and the like.
A key factor for success has proven to be lucrative bundles that appear inexpensive against the competition, but actually contain bundled additional services. The ability to react on changes in the marketplace increases in importance with the toughness of competition.
The ability to maximize ARPU (Average Revenue Per User) is a combination of segmentation skills and clever portfolio management.
| |
|
The bottom line is governed by the costs of running the operation and the ability to buy inexpensive gross minutes and related services from various network operators.
The efficiency in managing the various services used by any individual is paramount for profitability.
